Phase 1 - Accountability Framework

Phase 2 - Progressive KPI Framework

Next, we marry the accountabilities with cascading KPI’s that are designed to transcend your key financial indicators into measurable operational leading indicators. Large companies across virtually all service offerings are ran off of the same financial documents; organizing and documenting how your business interacts with these indicators enables you to make business decisions with the most important information guiding you while simultaneously empowering your team to take on ownership and growth.

This waterfall of indicators is put into reports that are automated through data feeds and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI, Google Big Query, Tableau or at a minimum, easy to update documents that give teams the most important information (per client basis). Often companies that emerge into the world of data become lost in it, or as we refer to it, data blind. Phase 3 - Quality Management System

This is where the Quality Management System (QMS) comes into place. Traditionally, these are used to enforce the likes of manufacturing standards, but we don’t use them in that way; this is entrepreneurism and we know that enforcing is not the answer for the clients we work for!

Instead, the QMS is a way of keeping your efforts on the prize; your core service offering. By ensuring that your internal efforts/ processes are working as efficiently and effectively as possible. By establishing a framework you empower the qualified individuals with your business processes while making sure that items are escalated when they are appropriate to; this all means you can keep your team organized and ensure that everyone is pulling on the same rope.
