Who We Are
We are a service that was born out of wanting others to succeed.
With my background in pure mathematics/ economics and my career as an operations/financial analyst, I found myself in a unique position where I got to work directly with almost everyone in a company that had over 100 employees while being the key-holder to front end data. I began to realize how the data connected to the people around me, and how the data connected to the companies bottom line. With all the pieces of the bigger picture, I leaned into what I desired most; I was most passionate about invoking success and sustainability for my teammates which in turn, would provide success and sustainability for the company.
I simultaneously saw friends and family business owners that were struggling to put the pieces together, and I had a deep desire to empower them and their teams to prosperity. I began working with a Venture Capital platform to expand my horizons and test my theory, and through these avenues (and with some refinement), I was reaffirmed in my belief of this framework.
This drive, combined with the secret sauce formalized into what is now The Simple Edge; a framework that brings order and simplicity to organizations to help them achieve autonomy and scalability.
Icing on the Cake
The more that I desired to make this dream a reality, I began to take notice of all the noise in the business consulting space. Seeing consultants selling incomplete packages with pieces of strategy, resources, data or marketing jargon, I felt they were not addressing the most foundational piece of a successful business and leaving their clients out to dry.
I want to shake up this space, and utilize The Simple Edge to achieve alignment and clarity for owners and employees alike so that they can be confident and intentional with business decisions, scale and realize autonomy.
Core Values
Transparency
We want to form genuine connections and generate an intrinsic buy-in to client success. Working with teams that have a vested interest in one another is fundamental to success, and the key to authenticity, is transparency.
Sustainability
We want to build sustainable solutions that have the ability to evolve with your business over time. By focusing on simplicity and utility, we are able to achieve sustainability which leads to autonomy and scalability.
Accountability
We believe that tapping into accountability and pairing it with the proper resources is the key to success. To us, accountability is synonymous with ownership; in successes and inevitable failure, ownership is finding answers to the unknown.
Empowerment
Arming clients with the correct tools will empower them to hit and exceed their goals. We want owners and teams to be engaged in this process so that we are not building solutions behind a black curtain. Empowerment can only come as a result of Transparency, Accountability, and is co-dependent on Sustainability.
